Connect ChatGPT to Ducto
ChatGPT adds remote MCP servers through connectors with developer mode enabled (available on paid plans). Once added, Ducto's tools work in chat the same as anywhere else — reads free, writes governed.

Enable developer mode
In ChatGPT, open Settings → Connectors → Advanced settings and enable developer mode. This unlocks adding custom MCP connectors.

Create the connector
Under Connectors, choose Create and paste the Ducto URL. Pick OAuth as the authentication method when asked.

Approve the grant
ChatGPT opens Ducto's consent screen. Sign in and approve; the grant names the workspace and platforms it covers.

Use it in a conversation
Enable the connector in the composer's tools menu, then ask: “Audit my Meta ad sets and flag the ones below break-even.”
When it doesn't work
The two things that actually go wrong
The connector option isn't visible
Custom MCP connectors require developer mode and a paid ChatGPT plan, and your workspace admin may need to allow them on Business or Enterprise.
Writes are parked as pending approval
That's the policy engine doing its job — the change class you asked for is flagged for human approval. Approve it in the Ducto dashboard and tell the agent to continue.
