Terms of service
Effective July 26, 2026 · AI Brain Labs, Inc. (“Ducto”, “we”)
These terms govern your use of Ducto — the hosted MCP gateway and dashboard at getducto.com and mcp.getducto.com. Creating an account means you agree to them. Written plainly on purpose; the plain reading is the intended one.
The service
Ducto connects AI agents to marketing platforms through one MCP endpoint and enforces your policies on every write: read-only defaults, numeric caps, preview-before-apply, selective human approval, and an append-only audit log. We provide the enforcement layer; the platforms themselves (Google, Meta, Microsoft, LinkedIn, TikTok, and others) remain governed by their own terms, and you are responsible for complying with them.
Your accounts and your policies
You connect platform accounts you are authorized to manage, and you decide the policies: which platforms allow writes, what the caps are, and which change classes wait for approval. Ducto enforces the policy you set — it does not choose it for you. Changes an agent makes within the policies you configured are your changes.
Acceptable use
Don’t use Ducto to break the law, to violate a platform’s terms or advertising policies, to access accounts you aren’t authorized to manage, or to probe or disrupt the service. We can suspend accounts that do.
Plans and billing
The free plan is genuinely free and read-only: one workspace, every platform connected, and 500 policy-governed tool calls a month. Paid plans add guarded writes and bill through Stripe, monthly or annually, and you can cancel anytime — cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period, without ceremony. Prices can change with at least 30 days’ notice; changes never apply retroactively.
Your data
Your account data, connected-platform data, and audit log are yours. We use them only to run the service, as described in the privacy policy. You can export your audit log and disconnect platforms at any time; disconnecting deletes the stored tokens.
Ducto’s software
The service, its software, and its branding are ours. We grant you a non-exclusive right to use the service while you have an account. Feedback you send us can be used to improve the product without obligation.
Warranties and liability
The service is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind. We work to keep the gateway available and the enforcement path correct, but we don’t guarantee uninterrupted service, and we are not responsible for decisions your agents make within the policies you configured, or for actions the platforms take on your accounts. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
Termination
You can delete your account at any time. We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where practical. On termination, connected-platform tokens are deleted.
Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. If we change these terms materially, we’ll post the new version here with a new effective date; continued use after that date is acceptance.
