Connect
Connect Claude to Ducto
Add Ducto as a custom connector in claude.ai or the Claude desktop app. Sign-in is OAuth — no tokens to paste, and access is revocable from either side.
auth: OAuth 2.1 sign-in · tokens available for headless
01
Connect a platform in Ducto
Sign in to the Ducto dashboard and connect at least one account on the Connections page. Everything starts read-only.
02
Add the connector in Claude
In claude.ai, open Settings → Connectors → Add custom connector. Name it Ducto and paste the URL. Custom connectors are available on paid Claude plans.

03
Sign in when prompted
Claude opens Ducto's consent screen. Sign in and approve — the grant is scoped to your workspace and shows exactly which platforms it covers.
04
Use the tools in chat
Enable Ducto in the chat's search-and-tools menu. Ask for something real: “List my Google Ads campaigns and their budgets.”
When it doesn't work
The two things that actually go wrong
Tools are missing for a platform
The tool list shows connected platforms only, filtered by what your grant allows. Connect the platform on the Connections page, then retry.
A write came back “read-only”
Expected — that account has no policy row yet, and no policy means no writes. Set caps on the Policies page to grant them.
